BRACH MYERS - Founder & Principal
Brach Myers previously served as Senior Vice President of Growth and Corporate Development at LHC Group, a long time Nasdaq listed company providing post-acute healthcare services in over 40 states within the U.S. During his 20+ year career in the organization, he served in several different executive roles that included the responsibility of growing LHC Group’s patient base, leading the organization’s acquisition strategy, and managing the organization’s joint venture partnerships division that included over 200 leading hospitals and health systems nationwide (including Ochsner Health System, Baptist Health System, LifePoint Health, Community Health System, and Christus Health).
Brach is also a member of the Louisiana State Senate. Having also served in the Louisiana House of Representatives, he has established himself as a leader in healthcare policy, bringing forward critical legislation aimed at improving healthcare outcomes in the State, including establishing the Office of the Louisiana Surgeon General, launching the public / private partnership Health Care Employment Reinvestment Opportunity Fund (HERO) aimed at addressing the State’s critical healthcare workforce shortage, and creating the Louisiana Remote Patient Monitoring Law, which created a catalyst for the adoption of new technology to be introduced within the State that improved access and efficiency. His legislative efforts earned him top recognition, including the “Rising Star” award from the Chamber SWLA and the “Statewide Impact” award from the Louisiana Community and Technical College System. Brach serves as a member of Senate Insurance, Senate Labor and Industrial, Senate Environmental Quality, and Senate Retirement committees. He is the Senate President’s appointment to the Louisiana Emergency Response Network (LERN) Board, and the Governor’s appointee the Louisiana’s Children’s Cabinet.
Brach is a member of the 2025 / 2026 Milbank Fellows Program for senior executives aimed at improving healthcare throughout the U.S. He is a member of the Emerging Leaders Program for the National Committee of State Legislators, a former graduate of CABL’s Leadership Louisiana program, and a former graduate of The Center for Creative Leadership’s LDP program. He has previously served the Emerging Leaders Council for the Louisiana Association of Business and Industry (LABI) and has served the board of directors for the Community Foundation of Acadiana where he chaired Civic Leadership Committee and served both the Finance and Business Development Committees. Brach is a Co-Founder and Immediate Past Chair of the Boys & Girls Clubs in Louisiana, Past Chair of the Boys and Girls Clubs in Louisiana Area Council, and Vice Chairman for the Boys & Girls Clubs of Louisiana Alliance (a 501c4 advocacy group). He serves the investment committee board for the Ochsner / Lafayette General Foundation Innovation Fund and was a 2022 appointed member of the board of directors for the Episcopal School of Acadiana (ESA). He has served as a Community Advisory Board member for the Junior League of Lafayette and was the past Finance Chair for the St. Landry Parish Veterans Memorial Project.
Brach and his wife, Carly, have been married for 21 years and reside in Lafayette, Louisiana with their son Emile.

KEITH MYERS - Advisory Board
Keith Myers, Co-Founder and Chairman Emeritus of LHC Group, is a pioneering entrepreneur and nationally recognized leader in home healthcare. Starting in 1994 with a single agency in rural Louisiana, Myers grew LHC Group into one of the largest and most respected in-home healthcare providers in the United States, employing nearly 29,000 people across more than 900 locations in 38 states and Washington, D.C. Under his leadership, the company became synonymous with accessible, compassionate, and innovative home-based care, culminating in its successful $5.4 billion merger with UnitedHealth Group’s Optum division in 2023.
Throughout his career, Myers has been recognized as one of the foremost voices shaping the future of healthcare delivery in America. He co-founded and continues to serve on the boards of the Partnership for Quality Home Healthcare and the Alliance for Home Health Quality and Innovation, two of the most influential organizations advancing national home health policy. His thought leadership has been sought by federal agencies, members of Congress, and multiple presidential administrations, and he has contributed to advisory panels for the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) and the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS).
His achievements have earned him numerous accolades, including induction into the National Home Care & Hospice Hall of Fame, recognition as a Healthcare Leadership Council CEO member, and repeated honors for business leadership and innovation. Myers has also been celebrated as an Entrepreneur of the Year and has been recognized nationally for building one of the country’s most admired healthcare companies from humble beginnings into an industry-defining success story.
Leveraging his decades of experience in operations, policy, and healthcare innovation, Myers has continued to advance the field as Senior Adviser to Optum while serving as Chairman Emeritus of LHC Group. His vision for integrating compassion with efficiency in home-based healthcare remains an industry standard, and his legacy continues to shape best practices for providers and policymakers nationwide.
Myers is also deeply committed to community. In 2023 he served as Chairman for the newly elected Louisiana Governor’s transition council for Health and Hospitals. Beginning in 2025, he was appointed to the University of Louisiana System Board of Directors. In addition, through his family’s philanthropic organization ‘The Myers Family Foundation’, the family has supported numerous organizations that strengthen education, healthcare, and community development, and they remain actively involved in philanthropic initiatives across Louisiana and beyond. Their investments have helped expand access to healthcare, create new educational opportunities, and sustain local cultural and civic institutions.
Keith and his wife Ginger have been longtime champions of the Lafayette and Acadiana community, where they raised their family and continue to live out their values of service, compassion, and opportunity.

JOE SPELL - Advisory Board
Joe Spell, CEO and founder of Tides Medical, has extensive experience developing several successful businesses in the advanced medical product space. Throughout Spell’s 20 years of varied industry participation, he specialized in spinal implant technologies, orthopedic implants, and hospital sterilization. This background led him to recognize an unmet need in the field of wound care.
Leveraging his understanding of product development, distribution, sales, and customer service, Spell established Tides Medical in 2010 to deliver high-quality, safe, and effective skin substitute products coupled with a mission to deliver an exceptional customer experience. With its start as a private label birth tissue distributor, Tides’ business has grown to encompass a variety of wound care products and expert service cycle while maintaining its unwavering dedication to creating patient access. As a result of Spell’s visionary leadership, Tides has become a trusted partner for clinicians who depend on personalized solutions from expert sales, reimbursement, and customer service teams.
Spell is an active supporter of many organizations in his community, including his roles as board member of the Boys and Girls Club of Acadiana, Ochsner Lafayette General Health System and the Community Foundation of Acadiana. Through the Tides Medical Foundation and the Spell Family Foundation, Spell and his wife Annie have invested in local non-profits whose missions meet their philanthropic focus areas of education, medical research and community development.
Spell holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette and he is an alumnus of the Harvard Business School. He is a member of the Young Presidents’ Organization and was awarded the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award for the Gulf South in 2024. Joe and his wife of 20 years, State Representative Annie Wingate Spell, have two sons, Foster and Tagg.
